Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on corpsorp.comyou agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, ourPrivacy Policy and ourCookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Browsing the public marketplace does not require an account, but any use of the service is subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must register with a valid work email address from a company whose domain we have approved. We may verify your employment status at any time.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.
• We may refuse, suspend or close an account for any person or domain that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is misusing the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately atsupport@corpsorp.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may have only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Listing items

• You may only list items you legally own and have the right to sell, in the correct category.
• Listings must be honest and complete: accurate title, description, photos, condition, price and location.
• At least 4 photos (each up to 1 MB) are required to publish; videos must be under 20 MB.
• You must not list prohibited items (see section 6) or otherwise infringe any law or third-party rights.
• You must remove or mark your listing as sold promptly after a sale is completed.

5. Buying, offers and transactions

• Offers are legally binding expressions of intent. Accepting an offer marks the listing as sold.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for inspecting items, agreeing on price and completing handover between themselves. Corpsorp is a venue and does not take possession of, or title to, any listed item.
• Payments and escrow are not currently provided by Corpsorp; complete any payment directly with the other member, using safe methods, and only after you have agreed terms.
• Attempting to transact outside the service to avoid any applicable rules, or misrepresenting an item, is a violation of these terms.

6. Prohibited conduct and items

You must not use Corpsorp to:

• List prohibited items — including but not limited to illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit items, and anything else prohibited by law.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, discriminate against, or invade the privacy of any member.
• Post spam, malware, phishing links, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use automated means (scraping, bots) to access the service except as permitted in writing.

We may remove any content and suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.

7. Communications

By registering you agree to receive service communications from us — including email verification codes, notifications about offers, messages and calls, and, if you opt in, daily activity digests. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time from your account or notification settings.

8. Fees

Corpsorp is currently free to use. We may introduce fees in the future; any fees will be announced in advance and will only apply from the date they are introduced.

9. Intellectual property

The Corpsorp name, logo, design, software and content are owned by Corpsorp or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or re-use them without our prior written consent. By uploading content (such as listing photos), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display it in order to operate the service.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpsorp makes no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of listings, the suitability of any item, or the conduct of any member. You deal with other members at your own risk and are responsible for verifying the condition and legitimacy of any item before completing a transaction.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpsorp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably believe continued access would harm the marketplace or its members. You may delete your account at any time. These terms continue to apply to any activity before termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you (for example by email or a notice on the service) before they take effect. Continued use of Corpsorp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for any dispute relating to them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
